Every Snapcharm order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items or items not as described — on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
- Email us via the contact page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a short note about what's wrong.
- We'll reply with return instructions (usually within one business day).
- Once we receive the item (or confirm it's not as described), we'll refund to your original payment method.
What we cover
- Unused products in original condition
- Items damaged in transit or not as described on the product page
- Wrong item sent
What we don't cover
- Used electronics returned after heavy use (unless faulty / not as described)
- Change-of-mind after the 30-day window
- Missing accessories that weren't included in the original “In the box” list
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Electronics warranty details follow the packing slip / ACL.
