These terms apply when you browse or buy from Snapcharm (shopsnapcharm.com). Snapcharm is an Australian business (ABN 37 678 734 329, New South Wales). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that can’t be excluded.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. If you shop from overseas, a converted price in your local currency may be shown; your card provider may charge its own conversion fees, and import duties or taxes in your country are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. If an item becomes unavailable, or a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card details.

2. Products

We describe our cameras as accurately as we can, including that they are fun, lo-fi digicams rather than phone or professional cameras.
Colourways and printed designs can vary between batches, so the unit you receive may differ in colour or pattern from the one pictured. If you have a preference, contact us before you order.
Unless a product page says otherwise, a microSD card may not be included.
Our cameras contain a small built-in lithium battery. They are gadgets, not toys; younger children should use them with adult supervision. Follow the included instructions for charging and care.

3. Shipping

Delivery options, prices and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Our Refund policy gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items or items not as described. This is in addition to your rights under the ACL: if a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

5. Using our website

Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Snapcharm name, logo, site design and written content belong to us. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting your ACL rights), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
