How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with tracking. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–10 business days and is free on orders of $49 or more – that covers every camera (otherwise $7.95). Express and international options are shown at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items or items not as described. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll walk you through it. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What is the photo quality like?
Think fun and lo-fi, not phone-camera sharp. The keychain cam records up to 1080P-class video and has a ~0.96 inch screen for framing. It’s made for vibes and memories.
Is a memory card included?
Usually not – most kits need a microSD card, which may be sold separately. Check the “In the box” section on each product page.
Which design will I get?
Designs and colourways can vary between batches. If you have a preference, contact us before you order and we’ll let you know what’s in stock.
Is it suitable for kids?
It’s a gadget, not a toy, and it contains a small built-in lithium battery. Great for teens and adults; younger children should use it with supervision.
